Individual therapy can help to address issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD as well as many others. It’s a one-on-one section that will help you explore your values, beliefs, and goals to build a life that is fulfilling and authentic.
Family therapy can be beneficial in a variety of ways, such as assisting family members in improving communication and expression of emotions, resolving interpersonal conflicts, healing childhood and generational trauma, adapting to life transitions and changes, resolving changing structures in family units and overcoming unhealthy patterns of relating to each other. The aim is to help family members work together to heal any mental, emotional, or psychological problems affecting the family unit.
