It’s a one-on-one section that will help you explore your values, beliefs, and goals to build a life that is fulfilling and authentic.
Family therapy can be beneficial in a variety of ways, such as assisting family members in improving communication and expression of emotions, resolving interpersonal conflicts, healing childhood and generational trauma, adapting to life transitions and changes, resolving changing structures in family units and overcoming unhealthy patterns of relating to each other. The aim is to help family members work together to heal any mental, emotional, or psychological problems affecting the family unit.
Group therapy involves working with a small group of individuals with similar concerns or challenges. Joining a group with others may sound intimidating at first, but group therapy can provide many benefits. Regularly talking and listening to others also helps you put your own problems in perspective. It can be a relief to hear others discuss what they are going through, and realize you are not alone.
